It is more common that many candidates realise. We have a lot of experience working with clients coming to us with a rejection and being successful on their second attempt. Sloppy oversights like missed documents, poor formatting and presentation, non-compliant letters of reference – these are some of the reasons why valid cases get rejected.

If your appeal is rejected for the same reason as the initial application, you can’t appeal again and can start another case from scratch. If your appeal is rejected for a new reason, we can help you appeal that.
